ISI BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu team forged in Winchester. Our aim is to provide you with a safe and friendly environment to learn the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our classes are structured to be practical and effective - whether you are looking to learn to defend yourself, get fit or compete. Located five minutes walk away from Winchester train station at the Lido Sports Centre.
Training Sessions:
Monday: 20:45-22:15
Tuesday: 18:00 - 19:00 (Kids Class)
Wednesday: 18:00-19:15
Saturday: 10:00-11:30
